FvwmIconMan Geometry

I’m trying to get FvwmIconMan taskbar-like at the bottom of the screen. I tried this:

ManagerGeometry 1x1
ButtonGeometry 1190x10+--0

Which gives me the full screen width and the height I want but the icon manager is about 4/5th of the way down the screen.
