Gap between decor and top of window

How do I eliminate the gap between my buttons and the top of the window (as shown with my drunken circle tool). I’ve tried (not at the same time)

+ TitleStyle -- Flat
+ BorderStyle Simple -- NoInset Flat
+ ButtonStyle All -- UseTitleStyle
+ BorderStyle Simple -- HiddenHandles NoInset

I remember having this same “gab” when I started the myExt configs. I didn’t manage to pinpoint the cause but I copied relevant lines from the default Fvwm config. It centered the titelbar text and buttons with a narrow gap both at the top and bottom.
