No translucen and patches on Gentoo

Good day,
i have a problem with patches in FVWM. They simply don’t work starting with translucent, which is included in the standard version of FVWM. I will explain everything using the translucent sample.

I’m using such colorset

Colorset 19 fg #ffffff, fgsh #ffffff, bg #000000, sh #ffffff, hi #ffffff, Translucent #000000 40, IconAlpha 100

and this is what i get with it:

I’ve also installed later this ebuild of FVWM:

but no patch works here also.
