I have a question about scrolling workspaces. How can I make this function: when I scroll up at my current workspace will change to next workspace, and when I scroll down, my current workspace will change to previous workspace ?

Depends what you mean by next and previous, since what happens when you hit the boundaries of the desks in question? Do you want them to wrap? See the “Goto{Page,Desk}” commands anyway - as they work on the basis of relative pages/desks (it’s unclear from your description which one you’re referring to – “workspaces” has a completely different meaning here), and also include a wrapx, wrapy option.
