Add MenuStyle option to fvwm-menu-desktop

For the generation of XDG menus, I would like to have the option to specify the MenuStyle used.

e.g. I have a style defined, “xdgstyle”, so then

fvwm-menu-desktop --menu-style xdgstyle

And then in .FvwmForm-XDGMenu-Config

*FvwmForm-XDGMenu-ConfigDefault: MenuStyle xdgstyle

@theBlackDragon suggested, “make a poll out of the topic”, but I don’t see any way to add a poll to a post, or to create a new topic as a poll. If anyone thinks a MenuStyle option for XDG menus is a good idea, please upvote, or whatever thing like that happens here. :upside_down_face:

The forums are not the place for raising bugs, as I won’t track them here.

While I can understand your position, this sub-forum is called “Feature Requests”. Possibly, it’d be better to close it with a sticky directing people to submit on Github, if user aren’t supposed to put such things here.

This forum is just older than github, but thanks for the suggestion, it is just easier for us to both manage and track issues on github.
