I’ve been using fvwm for several months now, and i like to share my plain and simple setup.
what i included:
pager: left bottom corner (6 windows, transparent)
taskbar: bottom, transparent
eterm: right screen, transparent
gdesklets: top right, 3 weather desklets
gkrellm: top right
adesklets: bottom right, calendar
menu: transparent, with rss streams and wallpaper changer
some features i miss:
- maximizing windows on the second screen
- sometimes losing focus: example:
when you open the mozilla search window (ctrl+f) the focus doesn’t go to that little window…
