Focus issue with IconMan

Whenever I click on a window in iconman to have it focused/raised, I have to move the mouse again before anything actually happens. Any way to change this behaviour?

This is my config:

*FvwmIconMan: Action Mouse 1 N sendcommand RaiseLower, sendcommand FlipFocus

I’ve looked at other some other configs (Taviso’s amongst others), and they seem to have the behaviour I’m after. Problem is I can’t locate what particular setting it is that is doing this.

Posting your entire config might be of far more benefit.

I can’t see anything obviously incorrect. For me, it Just Works ™.
