Fvwm3 freeze for focus ... strange

… Hi …

I use Fvwm for a so long time … And i love it !!

Since Kernel 2,6 i have strange freeze … Before, 2.5.XXX it was OK.

I use fvwm3 but it happen too with fvwm 2,6

After a time … i loose focus … the only focus work is the back forward … the other (click left) doesn’t work.

I loose focus. No react. Fvwm3 freeze …

Strange … It work for 5 minutes … and after no. I have to kill X to go back to console and restart X and fvwm3 …

I use Nvidia Card. Before, 470 driver was used ( 2 nvidia cards in sli mode used). Now 550 driver with new alone card is used. The same result !!!

Hi @laurent

I very much doubt this is going to be an isse with fvwm.

But the next time it happens, if you could switch to a VT, and get a snippet of what fvwm3 is doing using strace, that would be helpful.
