How can I set the CursorStyle that the cursor on the weblink?
CursorStyle ? hand2 white black

the default cursor’s style is hand2, but the color set is ‘black white’.

That’s the browser which messes it up as far as I know.
You should use a cursor theme instead.

More importantly, CursorStyle has nothing to do with the cursors applications use. You define that via XResources or in some cases gconf, depending on how broken the application in question is.
