How do I turn on sticky keys?

I am new to fvwm. My default setup is to have sticky keys turned OFF. when I try to delete a bunch of characters that I typed in my xterm, holding down the Backspace key will only delete one character. To delete 10 characters, I have to push the Backspace key 10 times. I would like to just hold down the backspace key and delete a bunch of characters.

This isn’t an fvwm problem, but you can use:

xset r rate 200 100
