Is it possible to not loose focus from particular window if it is opened

Hi Guys,

There is a window X and this window appear on top always on screen. Currently as soon as any windows Y is opening in the screen even behind the X windows, focus is changing form X window to Y window. But we don’t want that, Once X window appear on the screen then focus should always be on X window only.

Could you please tell how can we control it through fvwm configuration.

Current configuration in fvwm config file is as below:
Style “X” Layer 255
