here’s my first try based on David Lanham’s Somatic theme.
Hope you like it! 
I really like David Lanham’s somatic style…there’s a lot good stuff floating around (especially a great mobilephone theme), but I have to say I didn’t like your config.
imho it’ll look much better in any other style.

Precisely my thought… great for kids or folks not willing to grow-up. 
Just started playing with fvwm so first I have to find out how to install a theme like this.

Just follow the instructions in the README file to install the theme
I only looked at the screenshots and not on the config especially in the readme file…so I didn’t noticed it’s made for kids/school etc…
Now I have looked on it…and after realized your purpose I have to say…congratulations…the congfig is a charm although it’s not my type of style.
