You’ve not read the submission guidelines for this forum section that state for feature requests you should have a poll, so you need to edit your post to add one.
And secondly, you’ve not said why you think the rplay dependency needs changing. Of course, had you read the FvwmEvent man page, you’d have realised that you can stipuate any external command to be used as per your actions on events.
