… of what? Not your entire .fvwm2rc file, no. That’s due to the way FVWM parses it when it loads up. You could use FvwmPerl to obtain some settings via ‘Send_ConfigInfo’ but it wouldn’t be much.
Of course, none of this will help you since you don’t say which settings you want to display, or why, or how.
